In order to maintain this exceptional level of service and for hygiene purposes, we regretfully cannot accept any returns.

Rest assured that our team conducts thorough quality inspections before shipping out your order, significantly minimising the likelihood of any issues with your hair.

Additionally, we source our products from Vietnam, where each order is meticulously crafted, leaving little to no room for errors. However, if you happen to notice anything that seems incorrect or unusual, we kindly request that you report it to us as soon as possible.

We will do our utmost to assist you within 14 days of receiving your raw extensions. Please bear in mind that refunds will only be considered if the hair is returned to us in its original condition.

In the event that this is not possible, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we can provide you with a store credit as an alternative solution. This is because all orders are made to order to ensure quality rather than being mass produced.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to provide the correct contact number when placing your order. Upon delivery, photographs of your package will be taken and shared with you. These images will also be securely stored by us in case of any chargeback claims.

Please note all Frontal and closures are made to order and take about 3-5 days to process. Please note this when ordering to avoid any mishaps/disappointment.

Please note that all Klarna orders can take up 8-12 days to process, if this is needed earlier please try PayPal as they offer something similar (Pay in 3)
