Shipping policy

SHIPPING

 Orders for delivery within the United Kingdom are £12 and are dispatched via Royal Mail SIGNED FOR. For orders submitted before 3pm, delivery is guaranteed the next day before 1PM.


When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that purchases placed by 4 p.m. on Friday for assured next-day delivery will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and must be signed for (except on holidays).

If you do not sign for the parcel, it will be returned to your local mail depot for collection.

When your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Both normal and rapid services can be tracked online.

 

DELIVERY 

We will only deliver to the address you provide when placing your order. You accept that we are not liable if you provide us with an erroneous delivery address. Within one hour of placing your order, you must cancel any orders with the erroneous address and re-order with the proper address.

Please double-check that your address is correctly entered during the purchase process. 

Because our website images are shot with great lighting, coloured pre-made wigs, bundles, extensions & lace systems may not always appear the same in person. We do, however, employ the same consistency and proportions when making our coloured wigs, bundles, extensions & lace systems.



 

MISSING/STOLEN DELIVERED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for your package's loss or theft once it arrives and is confirmed as delivered by our shipping provider.
We do not refund or reship packages that the courier has marked as delivered.
